We provide assistance in the understanding and implementation of trauma- informed practices, interventions, and staff-student interactions. Through the use of assessments, risk vs. benefit analysis and consideration of student history, we will work with you to increase your competency when it comes to supporting students with trauma.

Explicitly teaching new skills and ensuring students use those skills in the natural environment takes planning and systematic instruction. Have no fear! We are passionate about training staff how to identify, teach, and increase the likelihood students will generalize these skills. 

Your student needs instruction in specific social and emotional skills, but there's just one problem - you don't know where to start. Maybe you're responsible for running social skills groups, or you simply want to learn how to explicitly teach these skills to any student. We provide you with evidence-based suspension alternatives and help you shift to being more proactive, teaching missing skills, and setting the school environment up to promote alternative behaviors in order to prevent the school to prison pipeline.
