Customers will be billed automatically through the payment provider (monthly or annually) unless their membership is cancelled. Customers of The Behavior Institute can cancel at anytime and the next payment will not be billed. There will be no refunds issued. If you would like to cancel your membership, you can: cancel through your account in the membership portal or email [email protected]. Unsubscribing from the emails is NOT considered a cancellation request.
